The process for sourcing luxury watches is straightforward and crucially all of the responsibility is ours.
You complete the form and tell us exactly what you are looking for such as Model, Year, Colour, Size and budget. We will then seek some options for you on a completely obligation free basis and email or call you with the details.
When you are happy the watch fits your requirements we then agree in writing and you pay us 50% deposit. You are only committed to the purchase as long as the watch is as described in the email/message. That way the onus is always on us to make sure that the watch that we source is the watch that you have asked us for.
We deliver the watch to you and you confirm that it is as described. If it is then you pay the balance and if it isn’t then we will we refund your deposit.
Your deposit will be refunded if the watch fails to meet the specifications that we have guaranteed in our email. (As we’ve bought this watch specifically for you, we can’t refund you if you change your mind or for any other reason).
Our sourcing service is completely free of charge. We don’t require any upfront payments and instead, we make a small margin when we sell the watch. If you choose not to accept any of the options we provide, there is no cost to you.
Our knowledgeable team is always ready to assist you. Whether it is an investment piece or a birthday present with a specific month/year you are looking for our team will be able to advise on what the best options are.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to view sourced watches in person before purchasing them. This is because we purchase
them to order, and our low margins make it financially unfeasible to market and sell them like our in-stock watches. However, we provide extensive photos and videos so that you can see the watch in detail before making a purchase decision.
The speed of sourcing a watch depends on the availability of supply in the market and among our network of contacts. We’ve been able to source watches in as little as an hour but it can also take several weeks or even months. We will give you a realistic estimate based on your specific requirements.
