This is a Rolex Datejust 16233 with a degrade Blue Diamond Dial. Its known as a degrade dial as its blue in the middle and gets darker blue towards the edge of the dial. 
This watch measures 36mm in Diameter, it has a 18K Yellow Gold fluted bezel and a steel case. It comes on a jubilee bracelet with a steel Clasp. 
This watch is in excellent condition as you can see from the photos, it has been very well cared for by its previous owner. The bracelet as you can see has next to no stretch to it.

 

This watch would make for a great investment as they are continuously rising in value.
