For complete confidence when purchasing online or over the phone, we give you 14 days to return a wacth you arent happy with for a full refund. If your purchase was made in store, we cant offer you a refund as you have had the opportunity to see the watch before purchasing it. (Terms & Conditions apply)

At TIME4PEOPLE, we aim to exceed expectations on every order that we deliver, however we know that there may be occasions when you feel it is necessary to return the Watch. You have 14 days to return. Please follow these simple steps; ​ 1. Call/Emaill our Services Team to inform us of your intentions. ​ 2. Send the Watch back to us in its original pristine condition along with all the items such as Box, Manuals, Tags, Links or Straps and Stickers within 14 days and we will issue the refund. Please make sure you use a secure signed-for courier to make the return. The cost of delivery and return will remain your responsibility. Refunds will be processed after inspection within 5 working days. ​​ Returns claims will in no way affect your statutory rights.

If your watch is still within the online 14-day exchange period and remains its original condition and with all accessories, you can exchange it for another.

Once we have received the watch and inspected it, your refund will be processed in 5 working days in the same method you paid for it.
